Day 32

Today’s Weight: 390.9 Yesterday’s Water: 120 oz (Posted retroactively.) I struggled to keep up this week – the trip out of town threw off my schedule and when I got back I had a ton to do so I was not great about filling out these entries. Although I _did_ still keep track.

Day 31

Today’s Weight:  388 lbs (Finally some downward motion again.) Yesterday’s Water:  116 oz So I’m back below 390 pounds again, and at a new low to boot.  Still need to weigh in at below 390 for two more days in a row before I consider goal #2 completed.  Just being 12 pounds lighter really does […]

Day 30

Today’s Weight:  ?? lbs Yesterday’s Water:  124 oz (Posted retroactively.  This was my final day of traveling – I returned to Indy today.) I did not weigh myself when I got home because you are supposed to take your weight at the same time each day to get a meaningful result – and I weigh […]

Day 49

Today’s Weight:  385.8 lbs Yesterday’s Water:  Unknown. Yes, I’m back!  And I actually had a pretty successful cruise, weight-loss by.  I didn’t lose anything of substance, but I also didn’t gain any weight either.  I’ll call that a win.

Day 27

Today’s Weight: ??? Pounds Yesterday’s Water: 156 oz I’m in Michigan visiting my father in law (the kids are having a fantastic time), and I don’t think I’m going to have access to a scale when I’m here. So the posts for today and for the 3rd-5th will all be missing weights. We’ll see what […]

Day 26

Today’s Weight: 390.5 Yesterday’s Water: 112 oz (Entry posted retroactively, but I did track things on the day, just wasn’t able to post that morning.) This day was terrible on water – and I actually know this is really all I drank. Unfortunate. It motivated me to push water a lot harder the next day.

Day 25

Today’s Weight: 390.7 Yesterday’s Water: 84 oz (Entry posted retroactively, but I did track things on the day, just wasn’t able to post that morning.) I’m also pretty sure I didn’t actually log all the water for the day – I’d be surprised if that’s all I had, as I rarely drink that little even […]
