Very little on my list was completed, but I made substantial progress on 4 different things. I probably could have finished 1 or 2 fully, but the net amount of work completed towards all 4 is substantially more than that of just finishing 1 or 2 items fully – I’m at about 90% on several things. I did manage to send out an email that I’ve been excited to send for some time – now I’m just waiting on responses. More on this topic VERY soon.
Most of my day was spent at the Indiana State Fair with Alice, the twins, and some friends of ours and their two kids. I did poorly at drinking – turns out my drinking signals don’t work great when I’m outside walking in the rain, as it did for most of the day. Also didn’t help that I was mostly ignoring my phone – so the reminders on it to drink didn’t actually get seen. But I’m VERY happy with the walking progress. My FitBit is super proud to tell me that those steps translate into 6.19 miles, and that I had 9 hours of 250 steps or more, plus 26 active minutes – it appears the walk from my car into the fairgrounds, and then the walk from the fairgrounds back to my car (which was admittedly at a faster speed) may be what counted as the active minutes.
My eating yesterday was fantastic as well – I didn’t eat much at all. Combined with a typical Sunday for me (I also probably won’t each much today), this could mean a new record low weight for Monday’s weigh in. Crossing my fingers.
