Yesterday’s Water: 176 oz
Yesterday’s Accomplishments: 4 Tasks Completed, including: Removed the side of both children’s cribs so they can get into/out of bed on their own. Cooked dinner (reubens, salad, chips and dip). Washed dinner dishes, loaded dishwasher and ran.
Finally, at long last, I did it! Goal #3 is achieved – I’ve been below 385 lbs for three days straight. Not only that but today was a new record low as well, beating the previous low by half a pound! Days like this are extremely motivating – I will keep going and I will keep losing weight.
The other cool thing is as of today I’m 10% done with losing the weight, as 384 is the 10% mark. If I can maintain the same overall rate of weight loss for the duration, that should mean (in theory) that I’m down to my big goal weight (240) after about 600 days – so approximately January 27th, 2018. This is extremely exciting for me, as it puts me at a much more reasonable weight before our next big travel plans with the kids (Disney World in summer 2018).
