Back up a bit from the previous time. I did figure out I was a bit dehydrated, so I drank water more fastidiously than I have been. That may account for some of the difference.
In any case, week seven results!
I’m up 1.8 lbs since week five (the last week I have data for). And I’m down 11.8 pounds overall. No real forward progress this week, and actually a little bit of backwards progress. I’m done with my major travel for the year though, so following a schedule and monitoring things going forward should be much easier. I’m trying very hard not to be discouraged and to just redouble my efforts.
I can do this.
