Today’s Weight: 398.2
(Downward trend continues. Realistically, it’s been three days – it’s not really a trend yet. But it is what I wanted to see.)
Yesterday’s Water: 152 oz
Would have been less water but I drank 40 oz before bed to try and get the number up. Thinking about it, when I lost the most weight in the past, I was drinking 40 oz before bed every night. I don’t know if it helped, but it’s definitely something I did. I should probably remember to do that going forward.
Also had some mild headaches that would recur throughout the day and then go away shortly after I drank some water. I’ve experienced this (rarely) in the past. It’s a very clear signal I need to drink more water. Given how I’m feeling, I suspect I am burning at least some fat. I have not yet hit the wall of feeling extremely crappy that I usually hit during the first week of limiting my intake.
And your pee is pretty strong smelling. So that might be another sign of fat burning.
