I’m also pretty sure I didn’t actually log all the water for the day – I’d be surprised if that’s all I had, as I rarely drink that little even when I’m not tracking anything.
This week has been a bit tricky. I suspect I haven’t seen much progress because I’ve been finishing things the kids don’t eat, etc. I’m doing well at making good choices at each meal, just not great about not eating other things. I think I got a bit complacent due to my success so far – I will strive to pay more attention going forward.
