Yesterday’s Accomplishments were small, but at least they were something. I managed to sort the laundry, wash and dry 4 loads of laundry, and put away 2 loads of laundry. I also took the kids to the zoo with Alice and some friends of ours, as well as took the kids on a much needed car nap. I also managed to pay bills and balance the checkbook.
I did track my steps, but am having trouble getting my FitBit to sync today.
In other news, I’m rededicating myself to this process – the blogging, the conscious health decisions, everything! I’ve had essentially no progress for well over a month. After a strong start, that’s just not good. Yesterday marks the end of Week 22 – I’m down 26.8 pounds overall, which I’m happy about, and I’m within a few pounds of where I was when I stopped tracking. So I did ok at maintaining, just didn’t make any progress. Trying to make this week count and have something to show for it in a week.
