Day 15 + Week Two Results!

Today’s Weight:  392.7

Yesterday’s Water:  156 oz

A good day – spent most of it outside again.  The urge to drink was bit less than the day prior, so I didn’t do as well, but I did make up some of it before bed.  Surprising since it was substantially hotter so I should have been thirstier.

So a week ago, I discussed my goals, and essentially “reset” my starting point to be at 400 pounds as it is a good round number and quite close to what I actually was on day one of this experiment.  With that in mind, I’m down 7.3 pounds overall and 2.9 pounds since last week.

Clearly this plan is working – at the two week mark, I’m finding it easier to stick to things as I don’t want to erase the progress I’ve made.  Obviously two weeks isn’t that long, but the longer I keep at this the easier it should be – both because I won’t want to undo the progress I’ve made, and because my current eating behaviors will become more of an automatic habit as time goes on.

The biggest thing I’m missing is sugared soda – and I’ve had substantial cravings for that the past few days as I tend to go a bit wild with it a long SCA camping events.  Trying very hard to stay on the boat, so far successfully.
