Not much to report this week. Still not thrilled with progress. Looking to do something about it, but at the moment, it seems like adding physical activity is the best option, as my eating continues to be complicated. I’m a stress eater, and I’m stressed. I’m down 0.3 lbs from last week and 17.2 lbs overall. I need to do better but it is hard right now.
