Today’s Weight: 390.5 Yesterday’s Water: 112 oz (Entry posted retroactively, but I did track things on the day, just wasn’t able to post that morning.) This day was terrible on water – and I actually know this is really all I drank. Unfortunate. It motivated me to push water a lot harder the next day.

Today’s Weight: 391.2 Yesterday’s Water: 164 oz (Entry posted retroactively, but I did track things on the day, just wasn’t able to post that morning.) A slight bump up in weight. Nothing to worry about at this point.
