Just couldn’t manage the water yesterday.
Honestly not much to report. I do know that I had much quicker progress on my most successful attempt at this – but I was also counting calories very precisely, and had a job that required a lot more physical activity. So far I’m doing neither of those things. As a result of that setup, I was literally weighing in at a lower weight than the previous day 5 or 6 out of 7 days out of the week. I have to admit, it was very motivating to see the number dropping that reliably – which is probably why I was able to keep at it so easily. I don’t have that happening this time, of course. Not considering quitting or anything, but it’s certainly frustrating.
