Finally at long last I’ve had three full days below 375! Goal #5 has been knocked down! Additionally, today marks 100 days since I’ve started this weight loss regime. I’m completing a goal on average every 20 days, so about every three weeks. It’s been an interesting 100 days, to be sure. I did have two big wins in the last few days that I haven’t written about yet – first up, at dance practice on Thursday, I was able to sit in the chairs without being wedged in painfully. Was it still somewhat uncomfortable – certainly? But it was no longer painful to get into the chair.
The second big win is I realized my pants were falling down. Let me clarify – I own one belt, which I’ve been fastening on the very last hole for a long time. On Sunday, while walking around in the grocery store, I realized that my pants kept slipping down because my belt was too loose. I’ve since adjusted to the next hole on my belt and my pants are fitting much better – although my belt on this hole is not nearly as tight as it was on the original hole prior to me losing weight, so I’ve really gone down more than one whole belt hole (but not quite two yet – two is too tight).
As far as non-weight related accomplishments, I made progress on two more items yesterday – first up was that I was able to get a bunch more user stories entered into Pivotal Tracker for Stitchy. The second is that I was able to get a number of revisions for the Stitchy user survey figured out. Hopefully I’ll be finalizing that today or tomorrow.
