I unloaded, loaded, and ran the dishwasher, sorted laundry, and washed and dried one load of laundry. Not much else, unfortunately.
I’m down 0.4 pounds from last week, putting me at 18 pounds down overall, and averaging 1.8 pounds a week since I started. I also did poorly with water on Saturday and Sunday, most of which I was out of the house. I have the most problems with water when I’m out of the house and not at work – I’ve got a routine around drinking water at work at this point (you’d hope so, 10 weeks in). And at home I don’t do as well, but I do well enough. But when I’m out and about in the world, I struggle to remember to drink. Distracted by shiny objects, much? Yup.
I’m pushing water today – hopefully the increase I’m seeing is just the body holding on to extra water because I wasn’t giving it enough. We shall see in a day or two. My eating over the weekend was exceptional, and I did a lot of walking as well, so I should see some movement compared to earlier in the week, and I’m not.
