(Finally some downward motion again.)
Yesterday’s Water: 116 oz
So I’m back below 390 pounds again, and at a new low to boot. Still need to weigh in at below 390 for two more days in a row before I consider goal #2 completed. Just being 12 pounds lighter really does make a BIG difference in how I feel. Clearly 400 pounds was some sort of (pardon the pun) critical mass for me. Larger than I can physically handle being.
Yesterday, I got feedback from a close friend that I actually look smaller, which is the first anyone else has noticed an actual change in my appearance. I can’t see it, but that’s not really surprising as I see myself every day so the change is more gradual to me. But given up to that point I still hadn’t actually weighed in since my return from Michigan, it was nice to have some other feedback that indicates what I’m doing is making a difference.
In addition to actually having my body fat % measured (I’ve yet to find one of those machines in a drugstore or grocery that actually does it – the ones I’m finding only do blood pressure and weight), I should probably start doing monthly measurements of my bodily dimensions so that I can see how that changes over time.
